Terms of Service

Welcome to SoloScripter ("SoloScripter", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

SoloScripter is an AI-assisted email drafting tool. You provide context (notes, drafts, or recipient details) and we generate suggested email copy. Output is a suggestion only — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending what you deem appropriate.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate sign-in information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment processor. Prices, limits, and features for each plan are described on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and are not refundable except where required by law.

If a payment fails and the account becomes past due, paid features may be paused until the balance is resolved.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SoloScripter to:

Send spam, phishing, scams, or unsolicited bulk messages.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes others' rights.
Reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, or use it to train competing models.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to operate the service (for example, to send your input to the AI model and to display your history back to you).

6. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated text can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for what you send. Do not rely on the output for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that present a security or abuse risk.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
