How is "Generate Full Sequence" different from "Generate Emails"?

Generate Emails gives you 4–5 alternative versions of the same message — pick your favorite and send it. Generate Full Sequence gives you 3 different emails meant to be sent over time to the same person. One is for picking a tone, the other is for running a cadence.

How does PII removal work?

PII stands for Personally Identifiable Information — anything that can be tied back to a real person, like names, email addresses, phone numbers, and street addresses. In the wrong hands this kind of data can fuel identity theft, credential-harvesting and phishing attacks, account takeovers, social-engineering scams, doxxing, and targeted fraud against the people you mention in your notes. That's why, when PII Removal is on, names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses are auto-redacted server-side BEFORE your text is ever sent to the AI. We persist only the redacted version in your history — your raw input is never stored. You'll see a Before/After preview so you know exactly what gets sent.

Which AI model does SoloScripter use?

We route through a managed AI gateway running top-tier models from leading providers. Pro users get a higher-quality "priority" model for both single emails and sequences. Free and Starter users get a fast, capable model that handles single emails well.

What are the plan limits?

Free: 5 emails per month, all use cases, no sequences. Starter ($19/mo): unlimited single emails. Pro ($39/mo): unlimited single emails plus 3-email sequences and the priority model.

Can I use SoloScripter with a corporate email account?

Yes. You can sign in with either a magic link or an email and password — whichever your IT setup allows. If your corporate mail server strips or rejects magic links, just use the password option.

Is there a Chrome extension?

Yes. SoloScripter ships a Chrome extension that lets you draft and refine emails right inside Gmail — no tab-switching. The extension is a Pro feature, so you'll need an active Pro plan to generate inside Gmail. It uses the same privacy-first pipeline as the web app: PII is redacted on-device before anything is sent to our AI gateway, and you see a Before/After preview every time. Install it from the Chrome Web Store, or load the unpacked .zip from your dashboard during the beta. Works in any Chromium browser — Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera.

Which sites and email clients does the extension support?

Today the extension activates on Gmail (mail.google.com) for both personal and Google Workspace accounts. Outlook on the web, Superhuman, and HEY are on the roadmap. The web app at soloscripter.com works anywhere — draft there and paste into any client, or download a .eml / .txt file.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Open Billing in the app sidebar. To switch plans, click the other plan and you'll be sent to the secure customer portal where Stripe handles proration automatically. To cancel, choose "Manage subscription" — you'll keep paid features until the end of your current billing period.
